RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below.
You will have 30 days from the date of delivery to issue your refund/exchange. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
The shipping costs for the return is covered by the customer.
FAULTY ITEMS
Every Tennis Dropout item is carefully crafted by hand. Yet, human errors do occur and If you happen to encounter any flaws please email us your order number along with images of the damage or defect, and we'll address the matter. Our policy covers faulty claims for a period of 30 days, excluding instances of wear and tear or inadequate care.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING GOODS
If you wish to make a return or exchange, send us an e-mail at support@tennisdropout.store titled Return or Exchange containing your name, address, e-mail address, the order number and an explanation of which item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to issue your return. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase. The items must be unworn with original tags attached.

PROCESSING TIME
Allow a processing time of up to 3 business days for our team to handle your request.
Please remember that we do not accept refunds or exchanges for items that have not been properly cared for. Remember to read the Bamboo Care instructions for guidance on how to care for your garments.
